We have been seeing much more that regulatory enforcement actions are focused not on failure in risk mitigation, but rather on why the existing culture contributed to the risk occurring.

In addition, there has been increasing calls within the industry, and in public opinion, that CSR and ESG policy needs to be interwoven into risk mitigation and product offerings - which currently is not happening to the extent it should - if at all.

The question is with profits for shareholders at the core of "business success", is the incentive there for banks to do the right thing or merely give the impression of doing the right thing?

What is the culture if we are not living by the standards we are externally committing to? Also to drive the right culture, why are we failing?

In the webinar we will be joined by industry experts in driving culture change, and discussing:

  • Why culture is failing
  • Can culture be changed
  • Where is ESG and CSR policy in culture transformation
  • What can we do to drive real change
