Entela is the CEO and Co-founder of Intensel Limited, an AI-powered climate science for predicting financial risk related to weather extremes and climate change. Besides, since 2008 she serves as Adjunct Associate Professor at Department of Finance, HKUST Business School, teaching a variety of courses such as Fixed Income Securities and Derivatives, Investment Analysis, ESG/Sustainable Investing mainly for Master level. Entela has been acting as consultant/advisor/executive trainer on ESG Investing. Previously, she worked for UBS Investment Bank in Hong Kong, a Geneva-based hedge fund in Switzerland and the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Albania.
Currently, she sits on various paid and unpaid boards such as Dragon Capital Group Limited, The Hong Kong Green Finance Association ESG Integration working group, the Board of Advisors of International Care Ministries (ICM), as well as the Friend Of Earth NGO Advisory Board.
Her recent publications and Harvard Business Review cases studies are on ESG integration, physical and transitional climate risk impact on company performance in general, China A-Shares, Asia based companies etc. Previous academic research is on Portfolio Optimization with Credit Default Risk, as well as Venture Capitalist contract pricing using numerical simulations techniques.
She graduated with a PhD in Financial Asset Management and Engineering (FAME /Swiss Finance Institute) from HEC – University of Lausanne, Switzerland, also holds an MPhil in International Economics from HEI- Graduate Institute of International Studies, Geneva, Switzerland and Certificate of Finance from Linacre College, Oxford University.

Dean previously held the position of Managing Director of LexisNexis Risk Solutions UK, and was responsible for the international expansion and growth of the Risk business across the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions within the group.
Before joining RELX in January 2014, Dean was VP, Global Business Director at Thomson Reuters and Managing Director at Wolters Kluwer. In these roles he successfully established market leading businesses using next generation data, analytics and technology to address key business challenges and improve customer outcomes by making the best business decisions.
Dean began in the Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crime industry in 2004 and has spoken at many industry events. Prior to this, Dean worked in Asset Management and Private Client businesses at Investec, HSBC Investment Bank and Rothschilds. With over 18 years’ experience in a range of fields and disciplines within legal and financial services non-financial risk, Oonagh has built and lead various compliance risk frameworks and teams across the industry and developed and maintained regulatory and industry body relationships.
She is an advocate for ethical compliance leadership and framework development, with increased automation, including AI and Machine learning integration. She is also passionate about empowering people with the capabilities to address risk challenges through understanding behaviours to break down barriers and create cultures of morally imperative business-sensitive decision making
